Horace is a US Army veteran who has a B.S in Business Communications from the University of Miami and an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University. He is a result-driven financial executive, self-starter with strong interpersonal and highly effective communication skills with over 25 years of experience in real estate, mortgage finance, small business development, certification/compliance in both the private sector and government agencies. He holds a real estate license, is a loan consultant, and is certified in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
